Job Title : Senior System Engineer
Job Duties: Analyze and understand the client's business objectives and system needs. Review, analyze and evaluate the system needs and provide them with system evaluation and design improvement suggestions emphasizing the best industry standard tools, Inchnologies and methods. Perform it-gap analysis. Design source to target data mapping, create data translation and edit rules. Set up user policy rules and implement integration with external systems for Oracle Fusion suite of applications. Carry Out Kronos business pain point analysis. Design inbound and outbound integrations with other systems including JD Edwards and Oracle Fusion. Generate custom Bl reports from system and set up dashboards for higher level management to support them with data for making critical business decisions. Coordinate proof of concept (POC) sessions for new systems implementations and system upgrades. Carry out VAT walkthroughs and functional testing. Create solution presentations, architecture documents, requirement documents and technical design documents. Work closely with applications team to articulate design solutions and implement it by mentoring and guiding team from inception through delivery being part of agile cadence using Scrum methodology. Coordinate and manage cross-functional application teams, manage expectations and focus on outcome through mult phases of development life cycle. Manage product backlogs including creating epic feature/story definitions, determining priority for work items, mapping out sprints and releases, and triaging features and bugs. Will work in Cary, NC and/or various client sites throughout the U.S. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate

Job Title : IT Program Delivery Manager
Job Duties: Drive multiple, large scale, global Cyber Security programs and projects from initiation to closure, in the digital transformation space. Responsible for the deployment of tools and technologies like AlgoSec Firewall Analyzer, Security Configuration Management, MultiFactor Authentication, Data loss Protection for Email (0385). Advanced Threat Protection P2, EMSE5, Privileged Identity Management (PIM). Manage assessments of information security program controls. Act as primary interface for all internal customers to Information Security projects. Produce weekly dashboard to present project program metrics output to senior staff and propose remedies to adverse trends as appropriate. Perform process implementation. Enforce a hybrid model of work by combining Waterfall methodology with various Agile techniques including Scrum and Kanban. Job Duties: Perform database implementation, replication, backup and create recovery strategies. Develop database architecture using Visio, Erwin, ER/Studio.
